The client reported skin irritation and low hot water volume. Our technician tested the water and found moderate hardness, high chlorine levels, and 100 TDS. We recommended installing a carbon filter and reverse osmosis system. The existing 40-gallon electric water heater was tested and found functional but undersized; we suggested upsizing and adding a mixing valve. Water pressure was low at 30 psi, so we adjusted the PRV to 60 psi for better flow.
