The client requested a cooling system inspection, preferring service closer to the end of the scheduled time frame. Our technician performed a full cooling tune-up on two systems: a 2024 American Standard split gas unit on the main floor and a 2013 Lennox split gas unit downstairs. All key components were checked, including relays, contactors, motors, operating controls, refrigerant charge, air filters, condensate pan and drain, amperage, and electrical connections. No issues were found with either system. Indoor air quality options were discussed with the homeowner, who declined additional services at this time.
