Client’s old tankless water heater showed severe scaling and sludge buildup. We replaced it with a Navien NPE-248 unit with built-in recirculation and installed a bypass key for faster hot water delivery. A Novo 485HTK whole-home water treatment system was also added for improved water quality. As a courtesy, we performed a camera inspection of the main sewer line and exterior cleanout to check for damage or blockages. All work was tested and confirmed operating properly.
