Client needed a recirculating valve replaced on a gas tankless water heater. During inspection, we found multiple plumbing concerns, including a leaking recirculating pump, failed expansion tank, temporary push-to-connect fittings, open and back-pitched drain lines, improper fittings, and unstrapped sections of pipe. We also noted a redundant PRV left in place and an unsafe filtration drain connection. Recommended comprehensive plumbing repairs to prevent blockages, water damage, and excessive system wear.
