The client reported a septic issue. Upon uncovering the tank, the technician found the 3-inch PVC baffle was clogged. After the tank was pumped, the line was flushed with multiple toilet flushes to clear the clog. Both the inlet and outlet were inspected and found to be in good condition, though a belly in the pipe was noted, likely from improper installation when the house was built. Minor root intrusion was also found at the outlet and cleared as much as possible. The line was camera inspected to confirm it was clear, and the toilet was reset. The client was updated on the condition of the system and was very pleased after the toilet reset.
