Performed scheduled residential heating maintenance, including cleaning the flue pipe, adjusting the draft damper, checking operating controls, and inspecting and lubricating motors. Air filters were inspected, and the burner assembly, combustion chamber, and ignition system were thoroughly cleaned and examined. The client inquired about pan treatment—after inspection, it was determined that the system is not currently due, but we will continue to monitor it in future visits. All system components were tested and confirmed to be operating properly.
