The client reported no hot water from their gas tankless water heater. Upon inspection, the tankless water heater was functioning properly. The issue appeared to stem from thermal mixing in the shower valves.
Our team identified leaks in the waterlines and improper connections. We replaced old, leaking copper pipes and undersized, incorrectly installed PEX piping. Three shower cartridges were replaced to address the hot/cold water mixing issue. Additionally, we rebuilt a running toilet and ran a new water line for recirculation to enhance system performance. All work was completed and tested to ensure proper functionality.
