The client requested a more experienced technician for her visit scheduled on 8/1/24 due to a leaking water heater we previously installed.

During this visit, the following recurring residential plumbing services were performed:
-Treated all drains with BioSmart.
-Flushed the water heater.
-Conducted a complete home inspection of the plumbing system.
-Checked the salt level on the water softener.
-Performed a water quality test.
-Installed appropriate stickers on appliances (water heater, garbage disposal, etc.).
-Performed the clover effect by leaving door hangers on the four closest houses.

Additionally, the condensate pump, which had failed due to a displaced condensate line, was serviced under warranty. To prevent future issues, we rerouted the condensate line to discharge outside into a catch basin.
