The client requested multiple plumbing updates. Our team installed three American Standard toilets and added a new hose bib to the backside of the home, with connections tied in below the water heater in the garage. We also installed an oil-rubbed bronze faucet in the downstairs bathroom and added a ball valve to compensate for a water meter that does not fully shut off. During the visit, we noted some corrosion on the copper pipes—while no active leaks were observed, we did find signs of previously sealed pinhole leaks.
