The client reported water pooling on the floor inside their cabin, causing damage when the mini-split system was turned on.
Our team discovered that the filters had never been cleaned, leading to a freeze-up and excess condensation, which overflowed the drain pan. We removed and thoroughly cleaned both filter sets and tested the drain systems to confirm proper drainage. The system is now functioning as expected, with no further water leakage.
