The client’s main issue was their unit’s poor performance, which was caused by low refrigerant levels and a high amp draw on the compressor. These factors indicate the unit will need to be replaced in the near future. We addressed the problem by inspecting and lubricating all motors, verifying the refrigerant charge and electrical connections, and checking the air filter, condensate pan, and drain. During the visit, we also noted the client’s interest in a future duct cleaning service.
