The client experienced a system issue following an HVAC unit grounding event. Our technician inspected the HVAC circuit, confirming that all connections and the integrity of the circuit were intact. Testing showed that when the unit grounded out, it caused a surge that tripped the main breaker. All electrical panel components and the circuit were thoroughly tested and verified to be operating properly.
