We performed a comprehensive inspection and found a gas leak in the home’s system. The gas lines, which were heavily rusted and covered in spray foam, made locating the exact source of the leak difficult. Given the condition of the existing lines, we recommended replacing the entire gas system with new lines running all the way to the attic. This project also includes a pressure test, permit, and inspection to ensure everything is up to code.
Additionally, we will be installing a new isolation valve for the fireplace line and performing a descale and exhaust screen installation for the tankless water heater, which had an existing line that we will be tying into.
