The client reported issues with their kitchen disposal and an unstable upstairs toilet. Our technician replaced the existing disposal with a new Wolverine Brass unit and strainer, installed a double outlet under the sink for the disposal, and replaced all tubular piping to the main San-T. For the upstairs toilet, the team discovered a fractured spacer. A metal repair flange was installed using riser screws, along with a new wax ring and Johnny bolts. The toilet is now secure and functioning properly.
