Water was found leaking into the walls, causing significant water and mold damage. Drains were also leaking and showing signs of vacuum locking due to failed venting. Our team cut and removed exposed existing pipes and installed Aqua PEX piping along with new shut-offs and supply lines. Based on the extent of the issues, full replacement of both water and drain systems is recommended to prevent further damage and ensure long-term reliability.
