Client reported a blockage in two attic drain lines. Our technician vacuumed the drain pan, which was full of standing water, and successfully cleared both the primary and secondary drain lines. Due to insufficient gravity drainage, we recommend installing a condensate pump to improve long-term performance and prevent future backups.
