The client requested a diagnosis of a suspected water meter or drainage issue. Upon arrival, our technician replumbed the kitchen drain and added proper venting. Initial cabling attempts from the vanity and toilet revealed a major blockage, with backup occurring in multiple bathrooms. A significant amount of waste was released during the process, and the area was cleaned. Further inspection showed poorly supported drain lines with severe bowing due to improper spacing. The system remains fully blocked, and full drain line replacement is recommended as the long-term solution.
