The client reported a toilet stoppage that had not occurred before. During the inspection, we identified leaking and improperly sloped drains in the crawlspace. Our team replaced the affected drain lines to ensure proper drainage and prevent future issues. Additionally, we replaced three toilets to improve functionality and efficiency. All work was completed and tested to confirm proper operation.
