Client needed attic ventilation repair. We removed the old motor from the gable vent fan, installed a new motor, reattached the fan blades, and connected it to a new thermostat set to 80°F. Also cut in and installed a new electrical box as requested. All work was tested and confirmed to be functioning properly.
