Our team performed the client’s annual plumbing maintenance, which included treating drains with BioSmart, flushing the water heater, and conducting a comprehensive inspection of the plumbing system. We also checked the salt levels on the water softener and performed a water quality test. Stickers were installed where appropriate, and the client was provided with review and yard sign materials.

During the visit, the client expressed interest in a shower remodel for the 1st-floor bathroom with specific design preferences. Measurements were taken, and notes were made regarding the desired shower kit. A project manager will follow up next week to discuss the details further.
