Performed a comprehensive annual electrical maintenance service, including inspecting the grounding system, conductor insulation, and breaker panel enclosure, and cleaning and lubricating its components. Breakers, smoke alarms, GFCI outlets, and electrical switches were tested, along with outlet voltage and connections. Electrical connections on appliances were inspected, and any code violations were addressed.
Additionally, we replaced the outdoor front porch cover and the under-cabinet light switch due to a loose connection.
