Replaced the 200 AMP main indoor electrical panel, meter base, service wire, weather head, and upgraded the grounding system to meet current code requirements. The client had existing roof and eave damage due to previous weather events, which had caused the riser to be pulled out of the old meter base.
During the installation, the area was sealed with silicone as a temporary fix to prevent leaks, but some soft spots on the roof were noted. It’s recommended that a professional roofer evaluates the extent of the damage and suggests a permanent solution. The eave hole was also filled with spray foam to keep pests out until proper repairs can be made.
