The client requested an inspection of the toilets and any other necessary repairs in the home.
Our plumbing technician removed the old toilet and low-installed flange in the hallway bathroom, replacing it with a new flange set at the correct height. One of the two toilets was installed. The master bathroom floor will need to be fixed before a new flange and toilet can be set. Additionally, the water lines running to the master bathroom shower were cut and capped.
