The client requested a routine HVAC inspection and additional safety upgrades.
Our technician inspected relays and contactors, lubricated all motors, performed a safety check on operating controls, verified the refrigerant charge, and inspected the air filter, condensate pan, and drain. Amperage and electrical connections were also checked to ensure the system’s efficiency. Additionally, two carbon monoxide detectors were installed for added safety.
