The client requested a recurring maintenance service for their heating system.
Our technician performed a full inspection of the HVAC system, including cleaning the flue pipe, checking and adjusting the draft damper, inspecting operating controls, lubricating motors, and inspecting air filters. The burner assembly and combustion chamber were also inspected, along with the ignition system. The ductwork was checked as part of the comprehensive system evaluation. The system, installed in 2022, was verified to be functioning correctly in both heating and cooling modes, with no issues detected. An inspection report and photos were provided to the client.
