The client reported a burning smell from the upstairs unit whenever it kicks on and requested a heating tune-up for the system.
Our technician performed a complete heating system tune-up, which included cleaning the flue pipe, adjusting the draft damper, inspecting and lubricating motors, inspecting air filters, and cleaning the burner assembly. During the inspection, a weak capacitor was found in the upstairs heat pump, which was replaced to ensure proper operation.
