Our team completed an extensive plumbing and gas system overhaul, ensuring the entire home is up to code and functioning efficiently. Work included:

Tankless Water Heater: Installed a new unit with black iron gas piping.
Water Lines: Replaced existing lines with pro-grade expansion PEX, tied into CPVC at shower, tub, and water service. Added new quarter-turn shutoffs at all fixtures and connections for dishwasher and ice maker in the basement.
Water Softener Integration: Connected new lines to the existing water softener system.
Exterior Hose Bibs: Installed new hose bibs on the home exterior.
Pressure Regulating Valve: Installed a new PRV and shutoff in the drop ceiling.
Fixtures and Drains: Installed a washer box, basket strainers in the kitchen and utility sink, and new p-traps under vanity sinks. Replaced and repiped vanity drains to meet current standards.
Toilet Flanges: Replaced flanges in kitchen and upstairs bathrooms, ensuring proper seals with new spacers and wax rings.
Drain Repairs: Reinstalled PVC kitchen drain and added a 2″ glue trap with a check valve for condensate and filtration.
Gas Piping: Ran new piping for the tankless water heater and kitchen stove.

All systems were tested and verified. Follow-up is scheduled for plumbing work in the basement kitchen.
