The client requested a comprehensive electrical inspection. Our technician inspected the equipment grounding system, checked conductor insulation, cleaned the breaker panel enclosure, and lubricated the lock, latch assembly, and hinges. Breakers, smoke alarms, GFCI outlets, and electrical switches were tested, and all outlets were inspected for loose connections and voltage. Electrical connections on appliances were reviewed, and the system was checked for code compliance.
Additionally, the breaker panel was relabeled properly to ensure clarity and ease of use for future reference.
