The client reported loss of power and warm outlets in one room following a recent install. Upon evaluation, our technician found burnt and melted wiring inside the switch box. To resolve the issue, the switch box was repositioned, damaged wiring was cut out, and the remaining wire was properly respliced with new connections. All previously non-functioning receptacles and lighting were restored, and the entire system was tested to confirm safe and proper operation.
