Confirmed scope of work upon arrival and began excavation of the tightline leading into the first trench. Discovered the septic tank was overfull and arranged for a pump truck to remove enough waste to proceed—at no cost to the client. Replaced the tightline into the first trench and, in coordination with Environmental Health, added a crossover line to the second trench to improve drainage. No third trench was found during inspection. Advised the client on the importance of regular pumping and septic treatment due to the small size of the existing leach field and limited expansion space. Work was approved by the inspector, then backfilled and covered with seed and straw.
