Client had ongoing issues with an outdated HTP Crossover unit. We removed the old system and installed a new high-efficiency tankless water heater with built-in recirculation. System was pressure tested and set to client’s preferred temperature. All functions explained, and client opted to keep the water softener bypassed for now.
